Cinema is well-recognized as a medium of communication that inspires change and directly influences individuals, families and all sections of society. We believe that Cinema productions harness a positive preventative impact in addressing many of the risks and other issues that societies face in terms of safety and security.  It is known that public awareness of risks enables better management of such risks. 

Cinema can also influence an increase in dialogue among families, children, the media, professionals, academics and the community on safety and security issues. The Ministry of Interior is utilizing this powerful platform and seeking community partnership in achieving its vision for the United Arab Emirates to be one of the safest and most secure countries in the world.
